scale control only, interface to WIM and static scales, or a complete
weigh station control system.

provides a visual overview of vehicles as they proceed through a weigh
station, control of station signs and signals, and audible alarms
of violators bypassing the static scales
- Direct interface
with static scale provides WIM data directly to the display as the
vehicle approaches the static scale and facilitates WIM scale autocalibration
