Automatic Vehicle Identification (AVI)

METTLER TOLEDO WIM systems are compatable with AVI equipment used in both high speed (mainline)and low speed WIM (toll or trucking terminal) applications. METTLER TOLEDO can either integrate AVI equipment as part of a complete weigh station installation, or can install a WIM system in retrofit applications with existing AVI equipment.

• Weight data reporting to AVI computer
• Import of AVI data to WIM or static weight data record
• TDMA RF interface communication protocol for fast speed, high volume communication with vehicle transponders
• DSRC (Yagi type) or Lane-Based ETC (Sinclair type) antennas, depending on application requirements
